Experience and Skills:
Qualifications:
- Bi-lingual Spanish speaking preferred.
- Must have valid CT driver’s license.
- Must be able to use information systems technology for building
maintenance functions.
- Knowledge of physical plant management including exposure to
building systems, HVAC, plumbing and/or electrical.
- Must be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 25 lbs.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree
highly required, seven years’ experience in managing a
facilities/maintenance outfit will be considered in lieu of degree.
Seven years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of
education and trades related experience preferably in a health care
setting. At least three years’ experience of direct supervision of
facilities/maintenance staff required.

Generally, the working conditions are good with little or no exposure
to extremes in health, safety hazards and/or hazardous materials. This
person must have the ability to travel as required to work with staff.
